DEKALB-Services for Helen Marie McBrayer Goodin will be held today at 3 p.m. at DeKalb Baptist Church with the Revs. James Ruffin and Charles Robbins officiating. Burial will be in Dry Creek Cemetery with Stephens Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Goodin, 89, of DeKalb, died Saturday, June 5, 2010, in DeKalb. She was a member of DeKalb Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 74 years, Oscar Massey Goodin; two grandchildren, Rhonda Cook and her husband, Terry, of Potts Camp, and Robin Robbins and her husband, Sean, of Lebannon, Ohio; Five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Alice McBrayer; and a son, Oscar Bruce Goodin.

Pallbearers will be Sean Robbins, Bruce Mapp, J.L. White, Danny Earl McBrayer, Dewey Vandevender, Mark Pumphrey and Harry Hoyt Russell.

Visitation will be today from 1 p.m - 3 p.m., at the church.
