James Rector Pledger

1957-2010

It has pleased almighty God, in accordance
with His merciful and divine providence, on
the night of January 2, 2010 to call to
Himself the soul of James Rector Pledger.

James was born June 25, 1957 in Houston to
John Erhard Jr. and Maisie Louellen McBrayer
Pledger. He was baptized August 11, 1957 in
West University Methodist Church of Houston.

By means of God's grace through faith in Jesus
Christ in the waters of Holy Baptism, we are
confident that James now enjoys the peace of
eternal life in heaven.

Survivors include his mother, Louellen Pledger
of Bryan and brothers and sisters-in-law John
and Ann Pledger of Bryan, and Jay and Jan
Pledger of Brenham, as well as numerous
nieces.

Memorials may be directed to Volunteer
Services Council of Brenham S.S.L.C.
