                                        DIED: March 21, 2010
                                        LOCATION: Belpre, OH

Leonard Allen McBrayer, 68, of State Route 339, Belpre, passed away March 21, 2010, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
He was born Sept. 20, 1941, in Parkersburg, a son of the late Lewis T. and Eula Morrison McBrayer.
He was a self-employed truck driver having worked for various companies and he enjoyed NASCAR.
He is survived by a daughter, Lisa Ward (Shane) of Little Hocking, Ohio; three stepsons, David Schnell of Columbus, Ohio, Ronald Schnell of North Carolina, and Walter Schnell in Marietta; one stepdaughter, Kathy Schnell Chidnese in Indiana; grandchildren, Gracie Ward and Morgan McBrayer; stepgrandchildren, Patrick and Nicole Chidnese, Jessica Schnell, Jacob and Timothy Schnell, Kayla and Tiffany Schnell, and Chrissy Schnell; one brother, William Russell McBrayer of Little Hocking; a sister, Bessie Boyer of Parkersburg; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet McBrayer; brothers, Lewis, Hamilton and Cecil McBrayer; infant sisters, Hanna and Betty Jean McBrayer; and sister, Geraldine Hall. There will be a memorial service at 4 p.m. Friday at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 Fifth St., Parkersburg. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Friday.
