Lindsey Alexander, 84, a retired auto body shop owner, died Friday June 3, 2011 at Baptist Hospital in Jackson, MS. Visitation is Sunday June 5, 2011, 5 PM until 8 PM at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman, MS. Visitation will also be held two hours prior to the service on Monday at the Ackerman Church of God. Funeral services are 2 PM Monday June 6, 2011 at Ackerman Church of God in Ackerman, MS with burial in the Enon Cemetery. Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman, MS is handling the arrangements. Mr. Alexander was a founding member of the Ackerman Church of God.

Alexander - Ypsilanti, MI; Sister(s): Connie Cumberland - Preston, MS, Judy Holton - Noxapater, MS; 7 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren Preceded in death by: Parents- Duey H. &Bealey Alexander and Spouses: Dorothy Mae Alexander and Brenice "Beny" McBrayer Alexander.
