Cheesy Potato Soup

3-4 large potatoes, diced

1/2 cup diced celery

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 cup diced carrots

1 chicken bouillon cube

1/4 tsp. salt

1 tsp parsley flakes

Pepper to taste

1 cup water

Mix together in pan and cook 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender. Mix together 2 tbsp. flour in 1/2 cup milk (you can add more milk)

until smooth. Stir into soup until thickened and add three slices of cheese. Stir until melted.
