We will all meet there Friday or as soon as you can get there and just Registar, get our name tags and then just visit, hug, and get acquainted. For those of you staying at the Fairfield there will be a free Contentental Breakfast starting early and over at 10:00. AM. After the Breakfast Room is cleaned each morning we can use it free of charge every day if we just want to sit around and talk and there is also a meeting room that we will get to use free of charge every day any time of the day or evening we would like. That is where our meetings will be held.

Cousin Jim Hardwick will be in charge of the Programs and will be telling us all about the plans then.. Please feel free to bring any pictures or albums, interesting keepsakes you might like to show or tell us all about or just special memories you have of all the Grand Parents and their families will be welcomed as most of the Okla. Children were not lucky enough to have known much about them. Wish we could have.

There are 8 Restaurants within walking distance or not more than 2 blocks from the Hotel. They are all good places to eat and we will probably try to get together at one of them Friday evening for Supper.

Our Big Program Day will begin Saturday morning around 11:00 O'Clock. Jim Hardwick will be in charge of the Program but all of us Cousins from Okla. will be in charge of the Big Noon Meal. Jim wanted us to cater it and all split the price, but we wanted to prepare it ourselves,

Compliments of your Oklahoma Cousins, at no charge to any of you, since the long trip was enough. We hope you will enjoy it.

We hope you will enjoy the Hotel also, it is brand new and very nice. They have been very nice to work with trying to accomidate us. All the rooms that they have set aside for us will not be charged for if they are not used. Facilities and Services include an indoor pool and whirlpool - Fitness equiptment with televisions- same day dry cleaning - Continental Early Breakfast- Non- Smoking facility- Complimentary high speed wired & wireless internet- Business center & Meeting Room which we will not have to pay for all the time we are having the Reunion if we need it.

Attractions include Rt. 55 Museum & antuque Mall - Our Austronaut -Thomas P. Staffords Museum - Cherokee Trading Post- Heartland Museum - Down town shopping on Rt. 66 - nearby Goft Courses - Casino's nearby.

We think you will all enjoy where we are staying very much but if you prefer to stay somewhere else that is ok also. We just want you to enjoy your time here as much as we are planning on enjoying all of you.
